About
Dr. Armaad Jamaal Eubanks is an educator, mentor, author, and transformational speaker whose life is proof that determination — not circumstance — defines destiny. Growing up as someone the statistics said would never make it, Jamaal turned his experience into a mission: to close the gap between where young people are and where they're capable of going.
He holds an EdD from Edgewood University, where his doctoral research examined the lived experiences of middle school students in mentoring programs, grounding his findings in Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory and Harper's Anti-Deficit Achievement Framework. That same rigor drives everything he builds.
As Founder and CEO of Eubanks Solutions, LLC, Dr. Eubanks delivers the Eubanks Learner Language™ framework to schools and families, operates the Determination to Succeed™ Mentoring Program, leads professional development for educators and community staff, and convenes the Ignite from a Spark and Determination to Succeed Summits nationwide.
He is a recipient of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award, has presented at the Black Male Educator Summit in Washington, D.C., and serves as a Senior Student Support Advisor and College Access Navigator at Madison College. Faith, family, and the next generation keep him going.

Helping educators, mentors, and youth-serving professionals rediscover their purpose and re-energize their impact.
